  Great room and really spacious! Clean and well priced. A pleasant surprise as it's an older property. Friendly staff was very accommodating when we extended our stay on a holiday weekend! We never got to the pool but other guests said it was nice! I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and will stay here again next summer when we return to the area! Manager Karen was professional and helpful! Thank you and great place!

  This place is incredibly run down and smells mildewed. It is very large and was probably a great hotel back in its day and could be again with a lot of TLC. The bed was comfy, staff nice and helpful, carpet stained, no screen on window, fitness equipment barely holding on to its last leg, handball room unkept (and if you want to use it a staff member has to escort you there) and the walk to the pool was super creepy. As I mentioned this place is huge so I don't think they heat the entire place so the walk to the pool is cold and half the doors in and out of the hotel do not shut all the way so it is rather scary at night. The pool was dark and the hot tub seemed broken so we didn't bother using it. The two pools were very awesome. One was 8' deep and clear and the other was 18" which is great for small children. The pool area itself was not well kept or well cleaned although the water seemed well maintained. The roof of the pool area seemed ready to fall and the door to enter was rotten to the point of coming of completely. The bathroom in the pool area was the worst part both in terms of cleanliness and smell, mildewed smell again. Towels for the pool are not left in the pool area but have to be requested at the desk. I did not realize this until I latter read it in the room. I would not stay at this hotel again but I also feel bad because I can see the amazing potential of this building.
