  Called at 1130 and they said they were open until 1200 so I got there by 1135 on the dot and with people in the store still working they ignored me in the drive thru!!!!! Awful service. I've worked in food industry for years. Unacceptable! You don't close until you close. Or at least be honest on the phone and say you are closing so people don't waste their time! Not cool.

  It took 10 minutes to get through drive thru when there was no one else in the drive thru and no one at the counter. I had 2 orders of chicken nuggets and 1 Oreo shake. Chicken nuggets were room temperature and he forgot the straw twice. After he gave me the shake he followed a co-worker out of the building, then came back and have me the rest of my foods.
