  Food was good, fairly quick and the restaurant was clean. The warm caramel/Ghiradelli chocolate chip cookie was amazing. Thanks for using REAL chocolate, Arby's!

  There is a "no star" option??
  EXTREMELY unhappy! Sat at the drive through at the order screen and no one gave us a response for over 10 minutes.
  We proceeded to drive up to the window where we were greeted by a VERY RUDE girl who we told we had been waiting and her response was, so what do you want.
  We asked for her named and she slammed the window closed on us.
  We ran inside to ask for her and the manager.
  One of the cooks got the manager and she ran to pull off her name tag.
  She did state her name was Marissa and the manager had nothing to say but sorry.
  VERY rude service and establishment!!!!!

  Kala was amazing even after the Manager Alyssa? (Not sure of the name) was very rude to her.
  If I didn't have my handicapped Uncle with me, I would have turned around and walked out. I only gave 1 star because it was the lowest I could go. I give this location a big fat 0. Again, Kala was amazing!
